Haley is passionate about supporting teens, adults, and families on their journey to mental well-being and helping them lead meaningful lives. She specializes in working with individuals facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, PTSD, OCD, gender dysphoria, and disordered eating, among others. Haley utilizes evidence-based practices including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Family-Based Therapy (FBT). Most importantly, she meets each client where they are to create a personalized experience and treatment plan.
Her approach centers on the client's innate strengths and resources, viewing the therapeutic relationship as a partnership. As a social worker, Haley employs a systems approach, emphasizing the importance of understanding how a person's intimate and community environments impact their mental health. She incorporates elements of social justice and allyship, honoring the unique challenges her clients face.
